wow! someone sent it to you? it's been a long time since i actually received snail mail that actually had a real stamp. usually it's just metered nowadays.

ReplyDeleteWhen I receive packages from the old homeland, usually heavier than one that would require only one stamp, they typically carry multiple stamps.
And usually real stamps and not metered probably because they originate from the province.
And I note that Philippine stamps typically are colorful and artful, compared to US stamps that typically appear to be all business.
I miss those old stamps with their very intricate designs and attention to minute details, resembling artwork one would find in paper currencies.
